The course spans five weeks, with one lecture each week, structured as follows:

Session One: Introduction and explanation of how to access the Aconex system, user preferences, and dashboard.

Session Two: Comprehensive explanation of how to upload and search within the Aconex system.

Session Three: Detailed explanation of all types of email sending methods.

Session Four: Comprehensive and detailed explanation of the Workflow.

Session Five: A comprehensive practical review of all previous topics.
Each lecture includes a number of activities, along with the corresponding quiz for that lecture.

Participants must fully commit to the course. Missing two lectures will result in ineligibility to take the exam, thus preventing certification issuance.

Refund Policy
Participants are entitled to request a refund within 4 working days and not before. DC Academy bears no financial or moral responsibility towards the participant. Important Note: Once the course begins and the first lecture is attended, the participant is no longer entitled to a refund, as the fees are based on external agreements between DCA and other parties.

A minimum passing rate of 75% is required; otherwise, the certificate will not be issued.

Contractual Commitment
DC Academy adheres to all contracts and requirements that are beneficial to the participant.

All visual or audio academic materials are the intellectual property of DC Academy and cannot be claimed until the academy permits publication.

Compensations
In case of any disruption by DC Academy, compensation will be provided to the participant later as agreed, with prior notice given regarding the cause and duration of the disruption, except in cases of wars or natural disasters, God forbid.

Protection of Academic Materials
Academic materials (whether written, audio, or visual) are the exclusive property of DC Academy. No individual outside the designated group may handle, tamper with, sell, or create courses using these materials without written approval from DC Academy. Violation of this policy may lead to legal action, where the violator must pay 100,000 USD for each unauthorized use.
